Can I use your address as my registered office?
Yes. Since 4 March 2024 every company's registered office must be an appropriate address: post sent there must reach someone acting for the company, and deliveries must be able to be acknowledged. That's exactly what we provide. PO boxes are no longer allowed.
How does mail scanning work?
When a letter arrives we log it, scan the envelope and contents, and upload a high-resolution PDF to your secure dashboard. You'll get an email alert straight away. Scanning happens same working day.
How quickly can I start using my new address?
As soon as we've checked your documents and approved your application. We'll email you straight away with your full address, your customer reference and your portal login details.
What is a director's service address?
It's the address that appears on the public Companies House register for company directors, instead of your home address. Companies House still holds your residential address privately, but it isn't shown publicly.
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans roll month to month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans are paid upfront and give you two months free.
