1. Our services
We provide business, registered office and director's service addresses, and receive, scan, store, forward and dispose of mail for you as described in your plan.
2. Identity checks
We must verify the identity of every customer and relevant individuals before you can use our address. Every applicant must provide one photo ID and two proofs of address from our list of accepted documents. We may ask for updated information during our relationship, and we can refuse or end a service where checks can't be completed.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use our address for any unlawful purpose, to mislead others about who you are, or to receive prohibited or dangerous items. We may refuse, return or report items where required.
4. Fees and payment
Plan fees are payable in advance, monthly or annually. Extras such as forwarding postage are charged as listed on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account. You must update your address with Companies House, HMRC and anyone else using it before your service ends. After the service ends we will return or dispose of any remaining mail as set out in our procedures.
6. Liability
We take care of your mail but are not responsible for items lost or delayed by postal or courier services, or for losses arising from information you haven't kept up to date with us.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
